Carol is a seasoned training and development professional with over 20 years of diverse experience working with major corporations, entrepreneurial firms, individuals, and non-profit organizations. A dynamic and enthusiastic speaker, Carol emphasizes the application of learning to participants’ real life situations.
She has personally trained over 5,000 people in public speaking, customer-focused sales, fund raising, performance management, and team building. In addition, Carol herself has been a successful business owner for over 15 years, selling consulting and training services to Fortune 100 clients.
Her experience spans a variety of industries including: banking and financial services, insurance, health care, information technology,social services, colleges/universities, printing/publishing; telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.
Carol is a sought after guest lecturer at professional association meetings, where she speaks about behavioral styles, the power of listening, and non-verbal communication.
In addition to an extensive and successful business career, Carol’s academic achievements include: Masters in Organizational Communication from Purdue University; and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication (with University Honors) from Southern Illinois University. She is a distributor for Inscape Publishing® (creators of the DiSC Personal Profile System®) and is certified to deliver their training programs and assessments.

Marilyn is an accomplished consultant with over 20 years experience in training, strategic marketing, planning, research, and comprehensive program implementation for a broad range of organizations. Some of her successful projects have included qualitative research studies – focus groups and personal interviews – database enhancements, sales and customer service training and employee and customer communication programs.
An accomplished speaker and writer, Marilyn has presented to the Business Marketing Institute, the Institute of Management Consultants, the private Fleet Management Institute, and the Technology & Maintenance Council (American Trucking Association).
In addition to her own speaking engagements, Marilyn has coached executives at companies such as GenAmerica Financial Corporation and Walnut Street Securities.
Prior to joining InterAction, Inc. Marilyn served as Director of Marketing for a leading St. Louis law firm, Coburn Croft, and was Director of Marketing for Gelco Truck Leasing. She has worked as an organizational consultant since 1989.
Marilyn is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where she earned both a B.A. in psychology, and an M.B.A. She is a Certified Business Communicator and a graduate of the Philip B. Crosby Quality College and the Services Marketing Institute of Arizona State University.

Cindy is a communication expert with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and organizations improve business results and professional relationships. She specializes in training, coaching and consulting in the areas of: presentation skills; personal planning and organization; leadership and management; selection interviewing; dealing with difficult people; stress management; gender differences in communication; and sales mastery.
Her experience spans a variety of industries and non-profit entities. Cindy has worked with all levels of leadership from supervisors to general managers. She helps them focus on improvement strategies that are tied to achievable business objectives.
Cindy’s coaching work is often an extension of large-scale training and development engagements, in which she assists leaders to improve their coaching skills and manage their people more effectively. Her one-on-one coaching addresses improving presentations, teamwork, and understanding behavior styles. Cindy has special expertise coaching executive women.
Cindy holds a B.S. degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Michigan, and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University. She is also a licensed psychologist and maintains an active coaching and counseling practice. In addition, she is certified to deliver Franklin Covey programs. Presently Cindy is pursuing certification through the College of Executive Coaching.
